Communicate the Change provides a structured approach and practical examples for implementing strategic and tactical change programmes.

  4. Generate a high-level communication plan
  5. Build and manage a detailed communication plan

  • How to communicate the relevant elements in the Change Impact Assessment
  • Managing a change network
  • Preparing contingency plans to communicate delays or set-backs
